Refund and return policy

We make every effort to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within [X] working days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Reflection period/Return

You may wish to return an order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, approximately €7.25 per parcel.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. For returns, please contact info@teslastuff.nl. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Product Exchange

Would you like to exchange a product? That's no problem. Please contact us at info@teslastuff.nl. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Wrong delivery address

Did you provide an incorrect delivery address? If so, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning. Damage may result in a lower refund.

Defective on reception

If the ordered product turns out to be defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately upon receipt according to the return procedure. You have a maximum of two months by law, but we ask you to do this within 24 hours so that we can properly assess the defect. After receiving the defective product, we will check it. If the product is indeed defective, we will replace it immediately. The return costs (up to max. €8.70) will be reimbursed. Damage caused by your own actions is not covered by returns; see our Terms and conditions.

Refund policy

When you return a product, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs to the same account with which you paid. This is done within 14 days of reporting your return, provided the product has been received in good order. For payments by prepayment or pin, we ask you to provide an account number to which we can credit the amount. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may charge a depreciation. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
