This is the Treefrog 9QR Thru Axle Universal Fork Mount and is available in 12×100 mm or 15×100 mm implementation.

These unique fork holders support bikes with both a 9×100 mm quick release (rim brakes) as 12×100 mm or 15×100 mm thru-axle (disc brakes).

This allows you to easily switch between these common sizes in the road bike, gravel and cyclocross industry, without having to change the fork holder.
