Description

The Kleinmetall VarioCage MiniMax L is a compact, high-quality transport bench specially designed for safely transporting a small dog or cat in the Tesla Model S (2012-present), Model X (2015-present) or Model Y (2020-present).

The smaller grid spacing of 5 cm makes this bench ideal for smaller animals, with the design based on the same safety principles as the larger VarioCage models.

Equipped with an integrated crumple zone, the MiniMax has been thoroughly crash-tested according to the SPCT method of the Swedish testing institute SP. The crash tests included simulations of frontal collisions, rear-end collisions and fall incidents, ensuring that the bench meets the highest safety requirements.

The door features a two-step lock that prevents it from slipping open during an accident. Thanks to the one-hand operation and gas pressure spring, the door is easy to open and stays open automatically during entry and exit. The bench is lockable with a built-in lock and fitted with fastening eyelets for fitting an additional padlock if required.

An emergency hatch is integrated at the rear, so your pet can also be freed via the rear side if the tailgate is blocked.

The VarioCage MiniMax is available in different sizes and is adjustable in length, allowing it to fit a variety of vehicles. The front and rear walls are slightly sloped to make the most efficient use of the available boot space.

The gold-coloured finish gives the bench a distinctive, stylish look.
