Ordering and stock
How does ordering work?
Step 1: Select products
Add a product to the cart with the + ADD TO CART button. Want more items? Click + IN CART again or use the plus sign in the basket. Remove products with the bin or minus. Is your order complete? Click on ORDER.
Step 2: Personal data
Choose to order with or without an account. Create a new account, log in, or checkout as a guest by entering your personal details. Click on CONTINUE.
Step 3: Choose a shipping option
Choose delivery, pick up at a PostNL pick-up point, or collect from one of our shops.
Step 4: Choose payment method
Select your payment method and click on ORDER. Pay securely via our service. Available payment methods are: iDeal, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, prepayment.
Step 5: Order confirmation
After processing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. Please contact our customer service if you have not received a confirmation.
Step 6: Shipping confirmation
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a Track & Trace code for delivery with PostNL. This allows you to follow your parcel to the door.
Want to change or cancel your order?
This is only possible when the order has not yet been packed. If you placed the order via your account, you can check the status yourself under "MY ORDERS" in the account overview.
Did you order as a guest or want to change/cancel your order? Please contact our customer service team and have the order number ready. They will discuss the options and put this into action immediately where possible.
After cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded to the same account within 5 to 10 working days. For advance payments or debit card payments, we ask you to provide an account number.
If there has been a change in the order, you may have to pay the difference. For this, you will receive a payment link or information about a bank transfer. Payments can be made via iDEAL, PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. If the current order value is lower, you will be refunded the excess amount paid within 5 to 10 working days.
Order online and collect on the same day
Is the product in stock on the webshop? Order it online and choose to collect it from our shop. You can collect your order the same day. As soon as your order is ready, you will be notified that you can pick it up. If the product has to come from another source, it may take longer before you are notified.
Stock status
Want to know if the product you want is in stock? Check the stock status on the product page and our overview pages. We aim to have as many products as possible in stock for fast delivery. Sometimes we have to order a product from the supplier. For some products, you can also place a pre-order at new launches.
Below are the different stock statuses:
In stock If a product is in stock, it means at least one copy is available. For larger orders, please contact our customer service team to check stock levels or request the expected delivery date.
In after order This product is currently out of stock. We will order it from our suppliers as soon as you buy it.
Special products Body kits, rims, other large products and special products are never in stock and are always delivered on after order.
